Engagement model

Specialists who join your team, not a CV pipeline

More than seventy subject matter experts across Oracle Retail, Salesforce, AI and data. They are our employees, they stay on your project, and you meet them before you commit.

Roles we cover

Depth in three practices

We do not staff outside what we deliver ourselves. If we cannot review the work, we do not place the person.

Oracle Retail

Functional consultants, technical developers, integration engineers, testers and support analysts across merchandising, stores, pricing and fulfilment.

Salesforce

Administrators, Apex and LWC developers, solution architects, integration engineers and release managers across the core clouds.

AI and data

Data and machine learning engineers, GenAI application developers, analytics engineers and platform engineers.

Software engineering

Java, Python and JavaScript engineers, mobile developers, and API and microservices specialists.

Quality engineering

Manual and automation testers, performance engineers, and QA leads who can stand up a test strategy rather than just execute one.

Cloud and DevOps

AWS engineers, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code specialists, and production support engineers for run-phase teams.

How it works

From brief to productive

Role brief

A short call to understand the work, the team, the stack and what a strong first ninety days would look like. We would rather decline than send a near-fit.

Shortlist

A small set of profiles with an honest note on each - where they are strong, where they will need support. We screen technically before you spend interview time.

Your interview, your call

You interview exactly as you would a permanent hire. No pressure to accept the bench and no substitutions after selection.

Onboard and ramp

Access, context and codebase orientation handled in the first days, with a senior from our side available while the ramp happens.

Embedded, then reviewed

Your stand-ups, your sprints, your code review. We check in on fit at thirty and ninety days, and act on what we hear.

Why it works better

Employees, not a marketplace

The difference shows up in month four, when the person who learned your system is still there and still cares how it turns out.

  • Our people are employed by us, with careers, reviews and technical mentoring behind them
  • Continuity across projects - the team that learned your estate is available for the next phase
  • Backed by practice leads, so a hard problem gets a second opinion at no extra cost
  • India and US presence gives you working-hours overlap rather than an overnight queue
  • Flexible duration and notice, agreed in writing before anyone starts
  • If a placement is not working, we replace rather than defend it
How Fiscaltrics is organised: one delivery team, three practices, two engagement models and two delivery centres

Send the role, not a requisition number

Tell us what the person needs to accomplish in their first quarter. We will come back with who fits and who does not.
